Work commences on our largest development

A massive transformation is underway at Derwent Street in Belper, Derbyshire as we commence our largest development of 114 brand new homes.

There will be a selection of two and three bedroom homes with a mix of tenure. 59 homes will be available for affordable rent, 46 for shared ownership and nine for Rent-to-Buy.

Located close to the vibrant and successful town centre, making this development an ideal place for first time buyers and young families to get on the housing ladder.

The build is expected to take 18 months with handovers being phased and the first homes ready by autumn 2022. The scheme is being built on a brownfield site and has been funded by Homes England and NCHA.
