Overdue repairs update April 2024

On 8 April 2024, our contract with Fortem ended and we expanded our Property Services team to include a new Responsive Repairs team.

After a week of induction and training, they’re now fully equipped to look after your home and repairs, and have already got off to a great start. You’ll be seeing quite a few more NCHA vans on the roads from now on!

If you’ve previously reported a repair and you’ve been waiting longer than our usual timescales for it to be completed, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable appointment time.

We’re going to be prioritising things like waiting times, the type of work required, and any vulnerabilities you or someone in your household might have.

Thank you for your patience and support as we make this important transition. We’re looking forward to getting our repairs service back to the standard you expect and deserve.
