Ratings and inspections
Our registered care services, such as care homes and enhanced support living, are regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The CQC regularly inspect the services we provide, and publish all their ratings and reports for NCHA on their website.
All actions identified during the CQC inspections of Patrick Court and Wells Road have been completed, and monitoring by senior managers and NCHA's Care Committee is in place. The CQC is due to carry out a return inspection at both locations, but this has been delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
