Where we work

Since our foundation in Nottingham in 1973, NCHA has developed into an organisation with homes and services across the East Midlands.

We’re a big provider of homes and social care, with over 10,000 homes in Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Rutland, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Nottinghamshire.

But no matter how big we get, we still stay true to our social purpose.

Operating as a charitable social landlord our mission is to provide homes and support by people who care. We work with local authorities and other organisations to provide homes where people want to live. These partnerships also help us to provide support that changes lives.
