We're committed to making sure our customers get all the support they need to have their say on NCHA and its services. We also want to help them access training opportunities so that they can develop the sorts of skills valued by employers.
NCHA offers a range of courses to its employees and customers - contact us to find out more. We can also help you access courses provided by TPAS, which is an organisation that works to encourage tenant involvement in social housing. Where courses involve travel and other expenses, NCHA can help.

Lots of organisations offer high-quality online training these days. We suggest you have a look at these websites:

- Learn My Way - this is a great place to start if you want to develop your digital skills (or help a friend/family member understand how to get online).
