Service standards

Our service standards tell you what you can expect from us. For example, the maintenance service standards define what an emergency repair is, and how quickly you can expect us to fix it. The service standards for allocations set out what condition a home should be in when someone new moves in.

Our service standards are written in partnership with residents, and we monitor our performance to make sure we keep to the required standards. We welcome your feedback - please contact us. You should also contact us if you require any of these documents to be translated into another language. 

While we always aim to deliver the best service and meet our standards, unfortunately changes may occur at short notice due to coronavirus. As the situation surrounding the pandemic evolves, we’ll need to adapt services quickly to meet government restrictions.
