Customer survey results 

We regularly ask our care and support customers to tell us about their experience of NCHA’s services. The results from our 2021/22 survey indicate:

  • 99% of customers agreed that ‘staff treat me well’, ‘staff are friendly’, and ‘staff listen to me’
  • 99% of respondents thought that NCHA does a good job
  • 98.3% of our customers are satisfied with NCHA’s services.

We’re delighted with these results, especially because they reflect the dedication and hard work of our colleagues during another incredibly tough year.
