An award winning design

Congratulations to our architects at Pelham. Their sympathetically designed rural scheme, Colonel Wright Close has been named Best Small Residential Development of the Year at the Midlands Residential Property Awards.  

Designed for client Platform Group, the look and layout of the scheme carefully adheres to Peak District National Park requirements.

The 30 home scheme incorporates local stone and natural dry stone walls, and blends peacefully into its surroundings.

The scheme’s success was celebrated by representatives from Pelham, Platform Group, Lindum Construction and Homes England at the awards ceremony on 23 June.
