We’re getting a lot of calls and emails from customers affected by flooding.
We’re working hard to respond to all queries but it might take us a little longer than usual to answer your call.
You can get information online about:
- What to do before or during a flood
- Support from the Environment Agency or your local council, including providing flood prevention products (e.g. sandbags). Please use the gov.uk website to find your local council.
You can also contact the government’s Floodline on 0345 988 1188 for advice.
Read our advice on managing leaks until we can book in a repair.
If the water levels in your home mean that it’s not safe for you to stay there, contact us for help. Please provide photos where possible so we can access the damage.
Replacing damaged items

The government are providing funding to help communities to recover from the effects of flooding.
Customers affected by flooding can apply for up to £500 to help with immediate costs. Eligible homeowners will be able to apply for up to £5,000 to help make their homes more resilient to future flooding. This support will be made available through the Flood Recovery Framework.
Funding will be provided through your local council. Please contact them for details on how to apply for help.
