What information do we collect and why do we collect it?

We collect information about you when you contact us to make a request to use any of our services.

All data will be collected from you personally when you enter into any personal correspondence, agreement or contract with us. This will be in the form of information given verbally by phone and any other written communication, either electronically or by hard copy and relating to any development issue that requires the association’s attention.

How will we use it?

We will keep hold of information and use it solely for the purposes relating to the development issue that requires attention.

Who will we share it with?

We only share the data you allow us to share with the person or business you wish us to share your data with. Legally if it is deemed a legitimate business interest and/or vital, it is possible some of your details could be shared with the appropriate person or statutory services, for example a local authority or energy provider.

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to view any information the organisation holds about you. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
