Keep moving! Even relatively small increases in physical activity can improve your overall health and quality of life.

Not everyone wants to run a marathon, and many of us are limited by health conditions or disabilities. But there will still be a form of exercise that works for you – you just need to find it!

Building extra movement into your day soon adds up. You could try:

  • Getting off the bus a stop early and walking the rest of the way
  • Taking the stairs rather than using a lift
  • Going for a walk on your lunch break.

Sport England has plenty of ideas to get moving, wherever you are.
