Supported housing in Clifton

Our development in Clifton is a mixed-use site which will include our new head office, as well as residential homes for older people and supported housing for those who have experienced mental health difficulties.

The supported living apartments have been commissioned by Nottingham City Council. They will offer a short-term secure home to 13 adults who have experienced mental health difficulties who are transitioning from hospital to independent living. Referrals for the apartments will be made via agencies and the local authority.

There is growing evidence that the natural environment has a real positive effect on people's mental health. We believe that these new homes, surrounded by green space will promote recovery and wellbeing for the people who live there.

On-site support from our experienced team will include developing essential life skills, improving confidence, building social networks and helping with finding employment or further education. Residents will have access to 24/7 emergency support.

Each apartment will be self-contained and fully furnished. They will include one double bedroom, a shower room, lounge/diner and kitchen.

We are committed to making the whole development carbon neutral and as energy efficient as possible. The apartments will be completely gas-free and will include a living green roof with a mix of hardy plants which will improve the building’s environmental friendliness.

The apartments are due to be completed in phase one of the development, and we’re looking forward to welcoming residents as soon as summer 2024.
