Our Care and Support plans 2023-2028

We’ve published our Care and Support Strategy Summary, to outline our plans for the next five years.

Our top three priorities are:

  • Valuing colleagues – To ensure our Care and Support colleagues feel valued through their pay, training, development opportunities and the impact of their work.
  • Top quality services – Secure a ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ CQC / commissioner rating for all of our Care and Support services.
  • Investing for impact – We’ll build upon our financial resilience, to offer innovative services that meet current and future social care challenges.

Our plan sets out our ambitious mandate for our future delivery plans, in the key areas of ‘our places’, ‘our customers’, ‘our people’ and ‘our business’.
