I’m proud to share our Group Corporate Plan 2026-2031, which sets out six very clear ambitions for the next five years. These ambitions define what we want to achieve, along with how we’re going to achieve them. They reflect our determination to make a real difference to people’s lives, putting customers at the heart of all that we do. Our commitment to our vision remains central to what we do: more homes, great services and better lives.
