Building profit for a purpose
Pelham Homes was established in 2004 as a commercial subsidiary of NCHA, helping to generate profits to be reinvested back into the organisation. It wasn’t until 2020 that their ambition to build homes for outright sale was realised, and the result was the ground-breaking Pelham Waterside.
Pelham Waterside provided 50 homes for outright sale and 23 for shared ownership. This development was shortlisted as a finalist in the national Inside Housing Development Awards.
Phase two of Pelham Waterside is due to start in 2023, delivering another 34 new homes to the area.
