New Care and Support Panel
We’re seeking applications for the Chair of our new Care and Support Panel.
At NCHA, we’re committed to listening to the views of all of our customers, including those who use our care and support services. To improve how we do this, we’re creating a panel to hear the voices of our service users, and care and support services.
This panel will sit alongside our other customer panels, so be formally recognised by our Board. It will play a vital role in ensuring our work to involve and listen to all of our customers includes the needs of service users.
As this is a new panel, we’re looking for someone to take a lead role in helping to develop the panel and how it will operate. This is a very part time role and the ideal person will understand the needs of service users, but also be happy to talk to others working for NCHA. This could be a service user, someone close to a service user, or someone who works / has worked in care and support.
