Listening to our care and support customers

Meet the Care and Support Customer Voice group.

They’re a newly created group, dedicated to listening to, and acting upon the views of all of our Care and Support customers, their family and friends.

This could be customers who live in one of our services, but could also be people who receive support from us whilst living in their own home.

This new group sits alongside our existing customer panels, and is formally recognised by our Board.

Giving our customers a voice

The group is led by Katherine Cutts, Chair of the Panel. Katherine has worked at NCHA for many years, and is Assistant Manager at our Nuthall Road service. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge to lend the group and will be an invaluable service to our customers.

She’s joined by Judy Gray, former colleague now volunteer, and Liana Burrell, who is external to NCHA and brings with her a wealth of experience in the care and support sector.

All Care and Support customers, and their friends and family are invited to contact the group about anything they want to raise. We’d love you to share positive news and stories, but equally, we want to hear about when things haven’t gone so well and offer any suggestions for improvements.
