Get online peer support for your mental health
If you need some support with your mental health, Togetherall might be for you.
NCHA has partnered with Togetherall to give customers (aged 16 and over) free access to a safe, online space where you can anonymously ask questions, share knowledge and chat online with others who are navigating similar mental health issues to you.
The site is anonymous, and forums are primarily peer led by the users. However, it is moderated 24 hours a day by professional clinicians who can step in to support if someone is really struggling or needs more specialist help.
How to sign up
- Create an account on the Togetherall website
- Under ‘Which describes you?’ – select ‘I’d like to search for my organisation’, and then search for 'Nottingham Community Housing Association' or 'NCHA'
- Watch Togetherall’s introductory video to learn more.
