We’re officially still a Great Place to Work®!
We worked with the global authority on workplace culture to survey all of our colleagues. The positivity of their responses means we can officially continue to call ourselves Great Place To Work certified™.
A record number of colleagues engaged in this year’s survey, with our rating increasing to 75% of colleagues reporting that NCHA is a great place to work.

This results closely follows news of our Great Place to Work for Wellbeing and Great Place to Work for Women accreditations.
Our colleagues remain at the heart of our mission to deliver ‘homes and support by people who care’. In our corporate plan, called ‘Our Ambitions’, we outline our 12 key ambitions for NCHA over the next five years.
For our colleagues, we want to ensure they feel ‘valued and empowered to be the best they can be, in a culture of inclusivity and wellbeing’ and these results show we’re achieving that goal.
One of our immediate priorities now is to understand any areas where we can make improvements. We know that career development and training are important to colleagues and we continue to invest heavily in our people.
