The new Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRS) are now being implemented. There are two key phases:

  • Chapter One: access to publications from October 2026
  • Chapter Two: customers will be able to request information from April 2027

From now until April 2027, NCHA tenants (and their representatives) can use this form to comment on the information we have published under the STAIRS legislation. From April 2027 onwards, you will also be able to request information from us about the management of our homes. 

We may ask you to prove that you are a tenant or a valid representative of a tenant before proceeding with your request. We may also contact you to clarify your request. Please include your tenancy reference number here if you know it.
