Fire safety in high-rise buildings

High-rise buildings (typically those above 18 metres in height) are required to comply with the Building Safety Act 2022. This means that special steps are taken to maintain the building's safety, and to listen to and consult residents. This is particularly important when refurbishment or other large projects are planned.

When it comes to fire safety, residents also have a responsibility to contact us with concerns and complaints - or simply to ask for help.
