We’re looking for people to join our customers groups. We’ve got vacancies on our Homes and Neighbourhoods, Scrutiny, and Care and Support Customer Voice panels. 

This rewarding opportunity allows you to be part of something that can make a real difference in your community. You’ll have your say in shaping the services that matter to you, while being rewarded for your time and insight.

Don't have time to attend meetings? You can also share your views from home:

  • Find out what's happening by signing up for our email newsletters: we send out regular newsletters that provide updates and what's going on at NCHA and explain how you can get involved. (You'll also get a printed copy of Link magazine and our annual report if you're one of our customers.)
  • Tell us your views on the service you've had from us, good or bad, by contacting us or filling in our online contact form.
  • Review our policies - and tell us what needs to change. Our Virtual Policy Group means you can do this from your own home. 
  • Join our new consultation group - This group won’t meet in person, instead they will be contacted by email and asked to give their feedback on different issues. We don’t expect this to be more than once a month.
