Spire View - Ground floor flats
Description
We have two ground floor flats available in our independent living scheme.
There are 33 self-contained flats, each with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There's also a communal lounge, kitchen and garden. We have laundry facilities and a lift. All our rooms are accessed by a secure door entry system and the site is wheelchair accessible.
Spire View is staffed by a scheme manager five days a week (Monday - Friday). They help customers to maintain full and independent lives in their own homes. They will maintain contact with customers throughout the week to check on their wellbeing. At the weekend and out of hours, customers can contact our Customer Wellbeing team for help. We can also signpost customers to additional services for support.

Spire View provides independent accommodation in a secure, friendly environment for people aged 55 and over.
