You'll have your own living room, kitchen and bathroom within our independent living scheme.
Basera House is close to local bus routes and tram stops. It's well connected to local shops, supermarkets, doctors, main hospitals, cultural, religious and community centres and Nottingham Train Station.
Basera House has 10 one bedroom flats in total. Each property has a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The flats are spread over two floors, with stair lifts available to access the second floor flats. Disabled facilities are available including a stair lift, ramp access and level access accommodation and bathrooms.

Basera House is staffed by a scheme manager. They enable residents to maintain full and independent lives in their own homes. The scheme manager will maintain contact with you in the week to check on your wellbeing. At weekend and out of hours, residents can contact our Customer Wellbeing team for help. We can also signpost you to additional services for support.
Criteria
Basera House is an independent living scheme for Asian Elders. The scheme provides accommodation for people aged 55 and over in a culturally appropriate environment.
