If you're interested in moving to John Woolman House, you will need to complete a housing application form. We accept self-referrals, as well as referrals from GPs, social services, local authorities and voluntary organisations.
How we can help
We can work with you to develop a support plan, looking at what your needs are, and how we can support you. We'll review this plan at least once a year, or whenever your needs change.
Accommodation
At John Woolman House we have 49 self-contained units, which offer long-term accommodation. They include one- and two-bedroom flats, as well as bedsits. We have a communal lounge and dining room, as well as laundry facilities. Our gardens are a welcoming place to sit and get some fresh air, and our location offers easy access to local amenities when you need to get out and about.
We've got a guest room which can be booked out for visitors. The site also has a lift, and scooter storage.
Our Customer Wellbeing team provide 24-hour emergency support to all residents. We maintain all our buildings to very high standards.
