How we can help

At Heathfield House we provide temporary accommodation, as well as supporting tenants in maintaining their tenancy with us and giving them the skills to take forward when moving into their own accommodation (such as handling utility bills).

All residents have a named keyworker who will develop support plans with them. Staff can also help people access support services from other agencies.

Accommodation

We have 24 one-bedroom flats. Four of these are on the ground floor, and there is a disabled access lift which reaches the first floor. The flats are fully furnished, and our location gives us easy access to local amenities. Each flat has a lounge, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.

We're right next to Victoria Park, where there's an outdoor gym as well as football and rugby pitches. We're close to useful shops, as well as cafes and restaurants, and we're on a major bus route that will take you into the city centre.
