Work progressing well at Lenton development
69 new homes for Nottingham
Construction is progressing well at our new affordable homes development on Radford Road, with the first homes due to be handed over to customers this winter.
Since breaking ground in March, Keepmoat have made excellent progress on site and we're looking forward to welcoming our first residents to their new homes later this year.
Recently, we were pleased to welcome Ceri Davies, Strategic Housing Delivery Manager at Nottingham City Council, and Cllr Imran Jalil, Ward Councillor for Lenton and Wollaton East, to see first-hand how the development is taking shape. The visit provided an opportunity to discuss the progress being made and the role the scheme will play in delivering much-needed affordable homes for local people.
The development will provide a mix of social rent and shared ownership homes, helping more people across the city access quality, affordable housing.
Supported by funding from Homes England, the development demonstrates NCHA's ongoing commitment to increasing the supply of affordable homes and creating opportunities for people to find a place they can call home.
Of the 69 homes, 43 will be social rent homes allocated through Nottingham City Council's Homelink service, the remaining 26 homes are for shared ownership and details will be released soon. Anyone interested in shared ownership is encouraged to register their interest on our website.
Once complete, the development will provide high-quality new homes for local people and contribute to the regeneration of the area. The entire scheme is expected to be completed in winter 2027.
