Inside Housing have released their figures

We’ve been ranked in Inside Housing’s Top 50 Biggest Builders list for the last eight consecutive years.

Our 2026 position of 49th is marginally lower than last year, and reflective of a shift towards us delivering larger, more transformational developments that take longer to complete.

Over the last year we’ve started work on a number of large development sites – 607 new homes across the East Midlands – a record high for NCHA. We’re also pleased to see that our new build delivery, relative to our existing stock, is performing strongly at 3.01%.

These achievements demonstrate our ongoing dedication to building high-quality, affordable and social homes, helping more people access safe, secure housing. By focusing on long-term, place-based developments, we’re not only increasing the number of homes we deliver but also supporting the creation of sustainable, thriving communities where people can put down roots.

• Strengthen our role as a leading affordable housing provider, including through our Strategic Partnership with Homes England
