Who can apply?

The offer is open to customers purchasing shared ownership homes at the developments listed above. As with all shared ownership properties, you will need to meet the usual eligibility and affordability criteria.

What do you need to do?

To take advantage of this offer, you must:

• Exchange contracts and complete your purchase within 16 weeks of reservation. 
• Reserve your home now before these new build homes get snapped up!

In some cases, extensions may be considered if delays are outside your control. Your sales negotiator will be able to advise you.

The £500 cash back is only available on new reservations and cannot be applied to previous bookings, plot transfers or re-sales. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives or combined with other promotions (unless stated). It is not available on staff purchases.
