Double award success for Farnborough Road development

We’re celebrating a major achievement after Farnborough Road in Clifton won two categories at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Awards 2026 East Midlands ceremony.

Our flagship regeneration scheme was recognised in both the Residential Development and Refurbishment/Revitalisation categories, highlighting the positive impact the project is making for local people and the wider community.

Built on the site of a former underused college campus, Farnborough Road has been transformed into a vibrant mixed-use neighbourhood, bringing together independent living homes, supported living accommodation, modern office space and enhanced community facilities.

Delivered by GEDA Construction in partnership with NCHA, and supported by Pelham Architects, who provided architectural, Employer’s Agent and Clerk of Works services as part of the wider development team, the scheme is a strong example of successful partnership working and regeneration with purpose.

The development was praised by judges for its strong social value, sustainable design and community benefit, creating a safe and inclusive environment where older people, vulnerable adults and local families can thrive.

Winning at the regional awards means Farnborough Road will now represent the East Midlands at the RICS UK Awards Grand Final on 22 October 2026, where it will compete alongside winners from across the UK for national recognition.

We’re incredibly proud of this achievement and look forward to showcasing Farnborough Road on the national stage.
