Our Big Door Knock success
We’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who spoke to us during last week’s Big Door Knock.
It was a fantastic few days, and we’re incredibly grateful to the many customers who took the time to speak with us, share their experiences, and help us better understand what matters most to them.
By connecting directly with customers in their communities, we’ve been able to listen, learn and identify where we can make a real difference.
What we achieved together
- Nearly 6,000 doors knocked
- Around 250 colleagues out in our neighbourhoods
- Over 950 surveys completed.
These are fantastic results, and every conversation has helped us build a clearer picture of how we’re doing and where we can improve.
What you told us
While we’re still reviewing all the feedback, we’re pleased to share some early highlights:
- 90% of customers told us they feel positive about living in their home
- 87% of customers said they would recommend NCHA as a landlord
What happens next
We’ll now take time to carefully review everything you’ve told us. This will help shape our priorities and ensure we continue to improve the services we provide.
