New At Home magazine out now

The latest edition of At Home magazine has now been published, packed with inspiring stories, important updates and opportunities to get involved. It has been sent to all NCHA customers, alongside your latest rent statement.

The spring 2026 issue highlights the power of customer voice and engagement across NCHA, including the launch of our new Customer Oversight Group and this week’s Big Door Knock.

You’ll also find a range of powerful customer stories, from Daniel’s creative journey towards independent living, to Jessica’s experience of rebuilding her life with support from our teams, and Andy’s story of how volunteering has helped him find purpose and connection.

Alongside these features, the magazine shares updates on our new Corporate Plan, community projects, apprenticeships, and the work we’re doing to improve services based on feedback.

Take some time to have a read and see the difference our work is making every day.

You can read the full magazine on our website.

Account statements

We know that receiving an account or rent statement can sometimes be worrying, especially if you were not expecting it. Please be assured that there is nothing to be concerned about. This does not mean there has been any change to your account or that anything is wrong.

Account statements are sent to all customers as part of NCHA’s commitment to keeping you informed and meeting our contractual obligations.
