We’re currently experiencing an issue with our call centre system. This means our Customer Experience Agents are unable to answer calls or respond to emails at this time.

Our system provider is working hard to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you need to report an emergency repair, please email info@ncha.org.uk or repairs@ncha.org.uk and we’ll make sure your query reaches the right team. If there is an immediate danger to life, please call 999.
