Housing Ombudsman IT Security Incident

We have been made aware of an IT security incident affecting the Housing Ombudsman's case management system.

The incident has been contained, and they are working with their external supplier to establish the full facts, including the extent of the data involved.

They are in the process of investigating whether any personal information has been affected and will provide further updates as soon as they are able.

We wanted to make all our customers aware of the issue and remind everyone to be cautious of any unusual or unexpected communications, even if they appear to come from an official source.
