We are looking for a customer who wants to make a difference by joining our Customer Committee. This is a paid role and only open current tenants or household occupants.
The Customer Committee helps shape how our services are delivered by bringing customer views directly into decision‑making. Members work with us to review customer experience, look at how services are performing and make sure customer voices are heard at a strategic level.
This is a great opportunity to use your lived experience to influence improvements and help shape future services.
What does the role involve?
- Attending a minimum of four meetings per year
- Reviewing customer experience, service performance and key policies
- Helping ensure a wide range of customer voices are represented
- Promoting equality, diversity and inclusion
- There is some compulsory training required, and further optional training and support is available.
Payment
The role is paid at £3,068 per year.
Who can apply?
To apply, you must:
- Be a tenant or household occupant living in an NCHA property
- Be able to attend at least four meetings each year
- Not be a current NCHA employee or contractor
- Not be in an ongoing dispute or legal action with NCHA
You do not need previous committee experience — just an interest in improving services and the confidence to share your views.
