Looking at the next five years

We’ve launched our Group Corporate Plan for 2026–2031, setting out our ambitions and priorities for the next five years.

The plan looks ahead to where we want to be by 2031 and how we will get there. It reflects our determination to make a real difference to people’s lives, with customers at the heart of everything we do.
