A year of progress in property services
Over the past year, our Property Services teams have been working hard to help keep homes safe and well maintained for customers.
Between April 2025 and March 2026, our teams:
- Completed 30,000 repairs
- Refurbished 800 empty homes, ready for new tenants
- Installed 180 new kitchens and 109 bathrooms
- Installed 270 new boilers and heating systems
- Delivered 300 disability adaptations, supporting customers to live more independently
- Carried out 7,600 gas safety inspections and 1,600 electrical inspections to maintain high standards
- Ensured we’re 100% gas safety compliant.
Tackling damp and mould
Keeping you safe in your home is our top priority. We continue to provide an efficient responsive service for damp and mould issues, in line with Awaab’s Law.
Over the past year, we:
- Managed more than 2,500 damp and mould cases
- Carried out over 1,500 follow-up visits
- Completed 100% of inspections on time.
This reflects our strengthened, proactive approach to improving living conditions for customers.
