Intratone door entry system

If your building uses an Intratone door entry system, this page offers a guide (below) and videos to help you understand what it is and how it works.

What is Intratone?

The Intratone door entry system allows you to control access to the building’s communal areas using your landline or smartphone. You can download the Intratone app to your smartphone. 

Please note that you can only activate or register the app once the system has been fully installed in your building.

Key fobs

You should have been given multiple key fobs to allow you to access your building. Please always keep one with you to avoid getting locked out. If you need extra fobs, please contact us. 

Phone numbers

If your phone number changes, please let us know. This helps us keep the Intratone system up to date and ensures you can continue to control access to the building.
