NCHA panels
Our panel members join us in person for meetings to look at X, Y and Z. They are paid for their time and travel expenses. Panel meetings are held X times a year, and typically last for XX hours.
NCHA's Community of Customers
Our community members share their views with us on things like policies and services. They do this in person/at online meetings/by email. on average they might be spending X hours a month/year working with us.
