Scrutiny reviews
Approximately every three months, a smaller sub-group of the Customer Oversight Group complete a more detailed review of a specific area or topic. We call this a scrutiny review.
This gives customers the opportunity to really scrutinise how NCHA works in this area, for example by interviewing staff, talking to other customers and looking at what other housing organisations do differently.
Scrutiny reviews completed in 2025 and 2026 are:
- Failed tenancies - July 2025
- Anti-social behaviour - November 2025
- Internal communal spaces - May 2026.
