Help us make sure our policies are clear, fair and reflective of what matters to the people who use our services. You can give feedback online, over the phone or in person. -
Joining us on a neighbourhood walk-about
Walk with our team around your local area to point out what’s working well and what could be improved. Your local knowledge is invaluable and helps us respond more effectively to your community’s needs. -
Taking part in a one-off consultation group
Join other customers for short, focused sessions where we discuss specific topics or upcoming changes. These sessions are a great way to influence decisions and share your perspective. -
Helping us recruit new staff
Get involved in selecting the people who work for your community. This might include helping shape interview questions or sitting on an interview panel — with full support and guidance from us.
