We’re building a brand-new community of customers - and we’d love you to be part of it. At NCHA we know the best ideas come from the people who matter the most - you!
From paid positions on our new Customer Oversight Group, to taking part in focus groups and completing surveys, we’ve got opportunities for you to help us improve the services we deliver.

Have your say
Working with customers is part of what we do. It's your input that helps us to build the homes, services and communities that people thrive in.
Everyone is welcome to get involved, and we can make adjustments to support you.
Whether you can attend meetings, comment on policies or talk to your neighbours to find out their views, we've got an opportunity to suit you. We're also able to compensate you for your time and any expenses. (Payments can be made in cash, vouchers or other options to suit your circumstances.)

Payments
Your views are valuable to us. To thank you for your time, we can reward you for your contributions. Typical payments are:
- Attending a scheduled/regular meeting: £50
- Attending a one-off or additional meeting: £30
- Giving feedback on a policy: £15.
Payments can be made in cash, vouchers or other options to suit your circumstances.
Join a customer group
If you’d like to have your say in NCHA’s services, join one of our customer groups. We have our Customer Oversight Group (COG) and our Care and Support Customer Voice.
Being a member of a customer group is an opportunity to make a real difference. You’ll have your say in shaping the services that matter to you, while being rewarded for your time and insight.
You'll be invited to attend regular meetings, either online or at our offices in Nottingham. Travel expenses will be reimbursed, and we can also help you with internet access if you'd prefer to attend online. You will be paid a fee for each meeting you attend.

Be part of our Community of Customers
As a member of our Community of Customers, you can register to be involved in a range of activities to suit your schedule. This can include:
- commenting on policies
- joining us on a walk-about where you live
- taking part in a one-off consultation group
- helping us when we recruit new staff.
We'll talk to you about what you're most interested in and the most convenient ways for you to take part.
