How we can help
At Lime Grove Walk we provide temporary accommodation, as well as supporting residents in maintaining their tenancy with us and giving them the skills to take forward when moving into their own accommodation (such as handling utility bills).
All residents have a named keyworker who will develop support plans with them. Staff can also help people access support services from other agencies.
Accommodation
We have four one-bedroom flats over four levels. The flats are fully furnished, and our location gives us easy access to local amenities. Each flat has a lounge, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
We're close to useful shops, as well as cafes and restaurants, and we're on a major bus route that will take you into the surrounding areas of Derbyshire.
We hope that residents find Lime Grove Walk to be warm, friendly and a welcoming space.
Residents will be supported by a team helping them to regain confidence and then go on and find a new home.
