Important announcement about Blue Skies Consortium

The Blue Skies Consortium, originally formed in 2006 to support affordable housing development across the East Midlands, is now formally closing. As membership has reduced and the wider housing sector has evolved, it is no longer necessary or viable to maintain the consortium or its associated frameworks.

Both Amplius (formerly Longhurst) and NCHA have developed the capacity to secure Homes England funding independently through their Strategic Partnership status. As a result, the work previously delivered through Blue Skies will now continue directly through these organisations and their partners.

Former members who wish to explore becoming a Delivery Partner or who need support accessing Homes England funding are welcome to get in touch:
