New partnership brings 82 affordable homes to Foxgrove Village
We’re proud to announce a new partnership with Avant Homes East Midlands to deliver 82 high-quality, affordable homes at Foxgrove Village in Clifton, Nottingham.
The £16.7 million deal marks the first collaboration between NCHA and Avant Homes, and is funded through a combination of Section 106 obligations and a Homes England grant. The homes are being built to high energy-efficiency standards, with each property expected to achieve an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of B or above.
Construction is already underway, with the first homes due to be handed over to NCHA later this year. The full development is scheduled for completion before summer 2027. The housing mix includes two-, three-, and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached properties, designed to meet the needs of families and individuals seeking safe, sustainable living in Nottingham.
This development is especially meaningful, as Clifton is also home to our new workspace. We’re proud to be investing in our new community, not only through our presence but by helping to bring more affordable homes to the local area.
Fran Cropper, New Business and Development Manager at NCHA, said: “We’re proud to be working with Avant Homes on this exciting new development in Clifton. At NCHA, our mission is to provide high-quality, affordable homes where they’re needed most, and this partnership helps us do exactly that. These new homes will offer families a safe, energy-efficient place to call home and support the continued growth of a vibrant, sustainable community at Foxgrove Village. Nottingham is an absolute priority for investment for NCHA to help alleviate the growing housing waiting list, so we’re delighted to deliver these homes for families.”
Stay tuned for updates as we continue to build homes and communities that matter.
