Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards

We’ve been shortlisted for four awards

We’re proud to share that NCHA and Pelham have been shortlisted in four categories at the Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards 2025.

At NCHA, everything we do is about creating homes and communities where people can thrive, and it’s fantastic to see that commitment recognised.

We’ve been shortlisted in four categories:

  • Social Housing Award
  • Social Impact Award
  • Architectural Practice of the Year
  • Residential Regeneration Project of the Year

Our award submissions focused on three key developments that show the range and impact of our work:

Farnborough Road, Clifton: A welcoming mixed-use development including 56 homes for older people, 14 supported living flats and our brand-new workspace. Delivered in partnership with GEDA Construction.

Prospect Place, Lenton: 36 affordable homes built by Tune Homes, setting a new standard for high-quality, sustainable design with strong community values.

Mansfield Road, Alfreton: 34 thoughtfully designed homes built with energy efficiency in mind. Another great partnership with GEDA Construction.

Together, these schemes reflect our commitment to building well-designed, sustainable homes that meet the needs of people across the East Midlands.

The winners will be announced on 25 June, and we’ll be celebrating with our teams and partners.

A big thank you to everyone involved, especially our partners GEDA Construction and Tune Homes, and of course our own development and architectural teams. This recognition is a tribute to your passion and commitment for working in social housing.
