Clifton wins at the East Midlands Property Awards
We’re proud to announce that our Farnborough Road, Clifton development has won Regeneration and Restoration Project of the Year at the Insider Media East Midlands Property Awards 2025!
We had a fantastic evening celebrating with our team, joined by Pelham, Geda Construction, Chord Consult, and BSP Consulting, a brilliant showcase of partnership working to deliver a truly transformative development.
The project has turned a disused college site into a thriving new community, featuring affordable homes, supported living, independent accommodation for older people, and NCHA’s first purpose-built workplace. Designed by Pelham and built by Geda Construction, the scheme puts sustainability, inclusivity, and regeneration at its heart.
Project highlights:
- Affordable homes and specialist accommodation to meet local needs
- Clifton Place: a new workplace for 200 NCHA colleagues
- Green belt-sensitive design with BREEAM Excellent buildings, solar panels, and living roofs
- Biodiversity-led landscaping and pedestrian-friendly routes
- Community-first approach, retaining sports facilities.
We’d love to hear from you!
