Customer Oversight Group launch event

At NCHA, we believe the best ideas come from the people who matter most – our customers. That’s why we’re launching an exciting new Customer Oversight Group (or COG for short!), and we’d love for you to be part of it.

The group will be a space where your opinions, experiences, and suggestions help shape the way we work. From improving services to influencing future projects, this group gives you the chance to make a real difference and get paid too.

Come along to the launch event

If you’re interested in finding out more, then please come along to our launch event. We’ll have the Chair of the new group, some NCHA senior leaders and our friendly Customer Engagement team all available to talk to you.

  • Time: 11am to 2pm
  • Location: Rooms 6 and 7, Nottingham Central Library, 1 Carrington Street, Nottingham NG1 7FH.

There will be welcome talks starting at 11.30am, 12.30pm and 1.30pm, plus a light lunch at 12pm and cakes available from 1pm, but feel free to join us at any time during the event. We’ll also have goodie bags available for every customer who joins us.

Location and accessibility

The Central Library is very close to the Broadmarsh car park and bus station for transport options. Have a look at their website for more information on to get there. Your travel expenses can be claimed back from NCHA. Contact us in advance or speak to us on the day for more information.

The Central Library has a lift for accessibility. There’s easy step free access on the ground floor and we’ll have colleagues waiting to greet you and show you to our event room.
