NCHA welcomes new Chair of the Board
We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Leanne Monger as the new Chair of our Board. Leanne brings a wealth of experience and insight, having served as a Board member for the past four years and more recently as Chair of our Care Committee.
Leanne has over 24 years public sector experience in social housing, homelessness, community development, health, wellbeing and leisure services within local government and the NHS.
Her deep understanding of our values and strategic priorities makes her ideally placed to lead us into the next chapter of our journey.
We also extend our heartfelt thanks to outgoing Chair Callum Gillespie, whose leadership has been instrumental in guiding NCHA through significant milestones.
Paul Moat, Chief Executive agrees: “Callum has played a pivotal role in overseeing two major milestones at NCHA – bringing our responsive repairs in-house, and relocating our operations to our new workplace in Clifton.
“Callum’s leadership also helped us secure our G1, V1 and C1 ratings from the Regulator of Social Housing. He should be very proud of the contribution he’s made to improving the lives of our customers.”
We look forward to working with Leanne as she takes on this important role, and we thank Callum for his dedication and impact during his tenure.
