Festive opening hours

We’re closed for a few days over the festive period:

- Thursday 25 December 2025

- Friday 26 December 2025

- Thursday 1 January 2026

Our Customer Experience team will close their phone lines at 5pm on Christmas Eve, and re-open on Monday 29 December 2025 at 9am.

We will also be closed from 5pm on Wednesday 31 December 2025 and re-open at 9am Friday 2 January 2026.

Our repairs team will be completing emergency jobs only between Wednesday 24 December and Friday 2 January 2026.
